Got a new computer December 24 - could burn cds using wmp - no problem. Downloaded a microsoft reccommended update for wmp 9 recently. Anyone know what oxcood11ad error code is? That's what I was getting when at first when I tried to write music to a cd. It would go through all the steps and fail at the end with this error code. Now WMP 9 doesn't even do that - now it won't recognize a blank cd. I can write documents to a cd, I can play a cd - the hardware is working fine. It's just when I try to burn a music cd (I even tried reloading and resetting up wmp9 - that hasn't worked.)
