WMP doesn't convert WAV audio files to WMA before sync to device

    I'm running WMP 11 on my desktop which is using Winndows XP Pro.I tried
    syncing audio files from my desktop to my handheld device which is a Palm
    T/X.I've installed PocketTunes on my Handheld.Earlier the WMP converted the
    wav audio files than sync to my handheldheld and eyerything was ok and I
    COULD PLAY THE FILES ON MY HANDHELD AFTER SYNC.Now it syncs without
    converting and I can't play the files on my handheld.Please advise
