    I have recently updated the Firmware on my Creative Zen Sleek Photo. It is
    still showing up under Device Manager, My Computer, and Windows Media Player.
    Although every time I enter the SYNC section of WMP 11.0.5721.5230, while my
    portable MP3 player is connected, WMP pops open a new window titled "Windows
    Media Player - Device Setup", and it wants me to name my device.

    No matter if I add a new name, delete the entire textbox, or just leave it
    alone, the "Finish" button is unclickable (stays grey). If I press enter to
    try to confirm the name, I receive an error stating "It is not possible to
    change sync settings at this time. Try again later."

    I have never seen or encountered anything like this, and it's quite puzzling
    to me.

    On a side note, I am able to drag and drop music onto my mp3 player in the
    same way you would be able to with a Removable disc drive (flash card, etc).

    Any suggestions, and feel free to ask me anything, just in case I have left
    anything out.
