Have found several serious bugs in Windows Media Player 11..

I recently built a new Windows XP Pro workstation, completely clean build
with SP2 and full updated with the latest patches and drviers for my hardware.

I upgraded from Windows Media Player 10 to Windows Media Player 11 Beta 2
today so I could test out the new features however I have had some annoying
errors whereby WMP11 will either hang and requires a End Task action or will
crash out completely with a fatal error message.

The problem seems to occur when playing back some of my MP3 files located on
my PC. 9 of 10 times the player will play the file straight away however
occasionally the player will show the message:

    "Changing Media"

And then either hang or crash out completely with a fatal error (various
files, usually reporting an issue with ntdll.dll).

The second issue relates to the Media Player Guide Radio feature. I often
listen to the available radio stations provided through the Radio Tuner and
will queue up several different stations of varying quality (128kbits to
    56kbits) to listen to.

However I have noted that WMP11 seems to have difficulty in processing the
128/100 kbit stations where it will either hang completely or simply crash
out. Also I have noted that when I do manage to find a station that works
(usually the lower quality ones), and when I am prompted with the dialog
asking if I would like to display the related web content; If I choose No (as
I always did in WMP10 to avoid being spammed with a crap website and keep my
visulisation on screen) WMP11 hangs and then eventually crashes out.

I have found a temporary solution in that if I choose Yes the station will
play correctly and I can then click on the Now Playing arrow to bring back
    the visulisation I was viewing.

Just Un-install it and go back to 10, then wait for the offical MP11.
