WMP11 fullscreen drop after exactly 10 minutes "idle"

i've noticed lately that when the player is set to fullscreen on an
auxilliary display and the user continues to work on the main display,
internet, ms word or whatever (with or without moving the player itself back
to the main desktop for access to the controls) that the player will drop
fullscreen from the second display exactly after 10 minutes.

is there a way to remove this "idle" timeout?.

it also drops fullscreen if another app on the main desktop is set to
fullscreen.

please allow the player to remain in fullscreen when an app on the main
desktop is set to fullscreen.

also please allow fullscreen on a secondary monitor while the player window
is minimized to the taskbar. or have micro skins that are like the player
when minimized to taskbar but as a skin.
