<<I've already added this in the Windows Media Player
newsgroup, but I thought it might get some more attention
here, sorry if this makes anyone angry>>

I've recently noticed a problem that I have been getting
    with WMP9 (For XP):

When I copy music into my music folder and then do a:
"search for music" (with all of the options except audio
leveling are checked) the newest files that I have added to
my music folder have their ID3 tags renamed to something
else, usually a duplicate of another file by that artist. I
have no idea why it is doing this, it just sarted recently.
    I am running version 9.0 build 3014. I also have a very
large collection (nearly 5000 files in about 450
directories, all under the my documents\my music
directory), I have WMP set to monitor my music folder as well.

And yes, all of the tags are edited, I did it with the
advanced tag editor in WMP. The problem just starts causing
new files' id3 tags to be renamed to the tag of some other
    file.

Please Help, It would be very greatly appreciated
