I am using Windows Media Player 10 and I'm trying to play a Windows Media
..wmv file. I keep getting a message that the file contains an extension
that does not match the file format. What can I do to get this file to play?

That would indicate that it's probably not an actual WMV file. Where did
you get the file from? Is it a trustable source?
