WS2003 SP2 - "Help and Technical support" service disappeared

That's all: when I apply SP2 to a W2K3-SP1, there isn't any warning or error
event, nor any error message: everything looks fine. But, after reboot, that
    service doesn't even _exist_.
If I unistall SP2, everything returns to normal state.
If I export the "helpsvc" registry branch (while in SP1) and merge it after
SP2, it works fine (well, it seems).

But, of course, I don't dare to use this "workaround" at a production
server: who knows which other "things" I may have lost!

    Any hint, advice, note, remark?

Great (it tranquilizes not being unique in the world). And that means there
must be no other "things" missing.

    May be I'll try that "start /w helpsvc /svchost netsvcs /regserver /install"
and see if results are the same than with my "export-merge" (although my
method works only if you know it on advance: not very usefull).

    Thank you very much

P.S. Why google is more friendly to some people than to other? <sigh>
Perhaps I didn't employed the correct words

I tried! (tired? ... so many reboots! :)

Registry branch "HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\helpsvc" is just the
    same:
    - when in W2K3-SP1
    and
    - when in W2K3-SP2, after loosing Help Service and "recreating" it with
    "start /w helpsvc /svchost netsvcs /regserver /install"

Well, at least in that server which I have tested (please insert here
    several standard "disclaimer" texts ;-)
