WSUS: No more sync, no more appoves and error id 386

    Hi all,

    since some days I cannot obtain any more updates (sync) from Microsoft,
    cannot approve new updates via wsusadmin and I'm getting the error event id
    386 in microsoft windows event log.

    I searched for the error and found this article:

    exactly my problem.

    "Unfortunately" my SUSDB only seems to be 380MB in size (that's the exact
    size of the susdb.mdf file). Does the proposed solution (remove WSUS,
    reinstall WSUS) work for me in that case or where is the problem?

    It's a non-english installation.

    Already tried to reinstall WSUS, but this did not help.

    Any hints welcome.
