X-BOX DETECTED, BUT I HAVE NO X-BOX!

    I keep getting the icon and report that an X-Box 360 has been detected, but I
    have no X-box in the house, and no close neighbor appears to have one.

    So, should this be a concern, and even if not, can I make it stop?

    are you connected to a wireless network? could be you did not change
    the SSID and you are connected to someone else's network. post
    details on your network topology.
