I have an HP 7160n media centre pc (MCE 2005) and purchased the XBox media
centre extender add on. My HP computer has a piece of software called HP
Tunes that works through the media centre interface on the PC and alows
playback of itunes music. My problem is that when accessed through the XBox
extender, HP Tunes is not present. I have tried accessing it through "other
programs" and adding it inside the settings (it is checked off to show in
other programs), but it doesn't show up. Am I missing something? Is there
another step I need to do to have HP Tunes work on the extender just as it
does when I am working in the PC's media centre interface? Thanks In advance
    for any help.

  2. HP Tunes (or more accurately, the proprietary DRM scheme employed by iTunes)
    is not supported on MCX.
