I just ordered a new computer with Vista 64 bit Ultimate and want to run XP
Pro with Virtural PC. Is there any problem with using a new System Builder
    version of XP Pro?

  2. I assume that you are talking about an OEM cd purchased from NewEgg or some
    other online retailer.

There is no difference between OEM XP and Retail XP once installed. XP is
just XP and will run fine. There is nothing different about the system
builder cd's that you can buy online that would prevent normal installation.
Keep in mind, though, that an OEM license is only valid on the first machine
the software is installed on and may not be transferred to another computer,
physical or virtual. This is why I always use retail copies of Windows in
    virtual machines.
