If you do not have a Hotmail Plus Account you are not qualified
    to answer this.

I contacted Microsoft in asked them if the ad pane would
be disabled if I had a Hotmail Plus account. This is their answer to me.
Please let me hear from Hotmail Plus Account Members if the ad pane
is disabled or not. If you do not have a Hotmail Plus account I do not want
to hear your assumptions. I appreciate your input but I want to make sure
    of this.

I have a Hotmail Plus account. It does NOT disable the AD pane. I know some
poster have answer that it does. It does not work for me.

I hope only people with Hotmail Plus accounts answer this so we can find out
if there are some that are able to disable the ad pane. If that is the case
we will ask that Microsoft disables it for everyone that is paying for a
    Hotmail Plus Account.

Please, if you do not have a Hotmail Plus Account do not offer your opinion.
We want to hear from people with actual experience.
