    Hi Rob,

Let's try installing the update from the Security Bulletin site.

  3. I am having problems installing KB835732, KB828741 and KB837001. -732 fails to install. I followed up on Lucy's suggestion to install the patch directly. It downloads, extracts and begins to load then fails with a dialog box stating that the integrity of the update.ini file cannot be verified. It then suggests that the cryptographic service needs to be running. It is and I still can't get it to install

W2003 server with all but those three patches installed

I also had a failed installation for the following Windows Updates
    kb835732, kb837001, kb828741 on a Windows XP home machine

Was finally able to get them after booting into Safe Mode with Networking
