Your account does not have permission to sync your current settings

    On my exchange 2003 for SB, I have all the mobile options
    enabled in the global settings and my user has rights for
    mobile access.

    I'm using an IPAQ 4155, and I've installed the certficate
    from the OWA.

    Still, I get this screen HTTP_403 with no other
    information. I can't seem to find anything on this in

    Try disabling the certificate check on you device. To do this there is a
    file from Microsoft called DisableCertChk.exe. Also make sure the username &
    password is correct. I got this error when I was putting in
    domainname\username instead of just username. Check to make sure that in the
