  1. I have this error and I have tried seaching various web sites.
So far I have used a reg cleaner by Reg Cure and I have also
tried to modify the reg keys by using this link:

Can anyone advise on how I might proceed further?
I have a windows vista business w/ 4 gig ram and
    a very light system load.

When I run video I always have this error.

According to the memory tool I ran against the ram, all looks good.

That site doesn't look trustworthy at all, it seems to me that they
don't have a clue what they're talking about, and are just trying to
trick users into downloading software (perhaps adware or even worse?).

When exactly do you get this error? If you click Web Help, what URL does
it take you to? Could it be that you are trying to open an e-mail
