    Hello,

Does anyone know if it's possible to change Media Center Guide Service
Provider? Currently, it is using Zap2it but Zap2it does not present accurate
information for Directv especially around the areas of Pay-per-view and
    Special events.

Does anyone know if this can be changed? I've been on the Zap2it site and
the information that is presented is similar to how it's presented in Media
    Center.

I would like more accurate presentation of Directv programming from Zap2it.

    Thanks

    Paul

Unfortunately, the choice of EPG provider is not user-configurable.

Why is the Pay-Per-View information not made available?
I have asked Zap2It, but they never answer the emails?
Is this by design? Obviuosly they must have a reason.

Perhaps 2 prevent DVR via TIVO, Ultimate TV and Media Center Edition...

    Probabaly an industry enforced thing?

    Thanks.

My Media Center Guide includes all the
PPV channels for my digital Comcast
    cable service.

So unless your cable provider does not
want to supply those listings to Zap2It,
I don't know why you don't get them in
    your guide.

Did you try editing your guide listing,
to see if they are there, but just hidden?

Settings -> TV -> Guide -> Edit Guide Listings
