zen Portable will not sync tv programs w/ media center 2005

    I have been able to sync my pictures & music w/ my Zen portable media center
    & my Media Center PC. But everytime I try to sync recorded tv shows the
    computer will blue screen w/ a serious error. The error refers to the
    problem might being a graphic driver issue. Can anyone help me? The
    following is my setup:

    Alienware DHS-5 system
    Operating System: Microsoft® Windows® XP Media Center Edition 2005 with

    Do you also get the blue screen if you try to sync in Windows Media Player
    without Media Center running?

    yes, it blue screens if I try to synch it in Media center 2005 or if I try to
    sync it in Media Player 10. I have also tried to sync it in Media Player 10
    and not have Media Center 2005 running at all... nothing works
