Like I am ever going to give them anything but a single use credit
card number which expires after 60 days. I've been a victim of
identity theft and I won't give anyone anything OTHER than a single
    use credit card number.

MS - this is a disgrace

  2. Agreed, I really havn't seen such appaling customer "service", and general
incompetence EVER, online, or highstreet. It's an absolute disgrace that
Microsoft appear to be perfectly happy with Zomax's horrendous handling of
    this.

  3. I haven't seen any indication that MS is happy with their performance. Or any
indication that they aren't. Which is what I would expect. If they have an
issue with their vendor, they would be perfectly correct to address that
    issue directly with the vendor.

I would be _very_ surprised if they haven't, in fact, had those discussions.
They are acutely aware of the issues around this program, as we've seen from
the efforts of Darrell and others from MS here to help resolve them.
Especially in the initial days when Zomax couldn't get ANYthing right. As we
    all remember all too well.

I've not heard from Darrell or anyone at MS about resolving my issue
with TAP/Zomax though. I can't give them an open ended credit card
number and they won't process fast enough to use a single use credit
    card #.
