Zoom does not matter

    Whenever i play anything using windows media player, DVD
    or a website playback mt view of the video is a very high
    picsel count and omly shows a portion of the picture, if
    i zoom it to full screen the display just shows the
    portion of the video previously displayed except at a
    larger picsel count. Help me please.

    You have Zoom set on your video card driver settings in the system's Display
    control panel.
